Experience:
Built organizational structures and developed operating standards in a growing network of clinics that is now among the leaders in the ophthalmology industry. She created and implemented new procedures at the interface of ophthalmology and optometry, supporting the development of integrated patient care models. She was also responsible for designing and implementing e-health solutions for the entire group – a network of 9 ophthalmology centers in Poland – analyzing operational needs, preparing functional assumptions and coordinating implementation at individual facilities.
She then took on the management of one of the facilities, where she carried out the implementation of systems in practice, combining strategic activities with ongoing operational supervision.
She was responsible for optimizing processes, managing the budget, developing services and strengthening the center’s position in the market by improving efficiency and quality of patient service.
Her passion for new technologies and experience in managing operational and administrative processes found a natural continuation in the IT industry, where she managed specialized software development projects for international clients. She combined a business perspective with a methodical approach to project management, responsible for delivering customized solutions for a key client.
Her previous experience enables her to combine business strategies with the day-to-day operation of the organization. She consistently strives to streamline processes and implement solutions that not only meet current needs, but also support long-term growth.
