RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE

In connection with the sharing of personal data, we inform you that:

1 In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “RODO”) in connection with the establishment of cooperation with the Company, respecting your privacy, we inform you that the administrator of your personal data is VETERIO Sp.

(2) The purpose of data processing is the proper performance of the contract for the provision of veterinary services, marketing of own services and products, the assertion of claims, sending commercial information, conducting analysis for the purposes of the Company’s activities and the implementation of legal obligations incumbent on the Company.

(3) The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

• Service contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
• Your consent to the processing of data (Article 6(1)(a) RODO),
• legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO),
• legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

(4) The Company may transfer personal data to data recipients or entities that process personal data on behalf of the Company to whom the Company outsources personal data processing services.
Such entities shall process data on the basis of a contract with the Company only in accordance with the Company’s instructions and in compliance with the principles under the RODO; the transfer of data may concern, in particular, entities providing services to the Company in the field of animal treatment.

5 The Company does not transfer personal data to entities outside the European Union;

(6) Period of storage of personal data – the Company shall store personal data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims under the contract for veterinary services, until you object to the processing of data, until you withdraw your consent or fulfill the purpose for which that consent was given, whichever is sooner.

7 You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

• The right to access personal data;
• The right to request correction and rectification of personal data;
• The right to request erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data;
• The right to object to the processing of data due to your particular situation – in cases where the processing is carried out on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interests;

• The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e.

(8) To the extent that personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, which, however, will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before its withdrawal.
