RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE
In connection with the sharing of personal data, we inform you that:

(2) The purpose of data processing is the proper performance of the contract for the provision of veterinary services, marketing of own services and products, the assertion of claims, sending commercial information, conducting analysis for the purposes of the Company’s activities and the implementation of legal obligations incumbent on the Company.
(3) The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
- Service contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
- Your consent to the processing of data (Article 6(1)(a) RODO),
- legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO),
- legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
(4) The Company may transfer personal data to data recipients or entities that process personal data on behalf of the Company to whom the Company outsources personal data processing services.
Such entities shall process data on the basis of a contract with the Company only in accordance with the Company’s instructions and in compliance with the principles under the RODO; the transfer of data may concern, in particular, entities providing services to the Company in the field of animal treatment.
5 The Company does not transfer personal data to entities outside the European Union;
(6) Period of storage of personal data – the Company shall store personal data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims under the contract for veterinary services, until you object to the processing of data, until you withdraw your consent or fulfill the purpose for which that consent was given, whichever is sooner.
